Dwayne Johnson stars as the DC Comics anti-hero in this action adventure spin-off of Shazam! (2019). In the Middle Eastern city of Kahndaq, a young boy is given the power of the Egyptian gods, transforming him into the superhero Teth-Adam (Johnson). 5000 years later, Adam is accidentally freed from his tomb and proceeds to wreak havoc on the world. To quell the growing unrest in Kahndaq, Amanda Waller (Viola Davis) sends the Justice Society of America - Hawkman (Aldis Hodge), Atom Smasher (Noah Centineo), Cyclone (Quintessa Swindell) and Doctor Fate (Pierce Brosnan) - to confront Adam before taking on the oppressive Intergang.
