1980s sci-fi comedy based on the Marvel Comics character. 27-year-old extraterrestrial Howard the Duck (Ed Gale/voice of Chip Zien) is transported from his home on Duckworld to Cleveland, Ohio where he falls for punk rock singer Beverly Switzler (Lea Thompson). As they search for a way to transport Howard back home, forces from outer space arrive to destroy Earth and Howard must save the planet.
