Lionel Atwill stars in this 1930s drama based on a novel by Lewis Robinson. Decorated British army general Sir John Sangye (Atwill) has a dirty secret: before being stationed in Africa, he murdered a man in Ireland in a fit of jealous rage, then blamed his death on the actions of Sinn Fein rebels.
