Four-part documentary series which takes a look at four cities affected by WWII bombings and occupation by Hitlers Nazi regime. With actual footage of the events and interviews with those who were present, the programmes demonstrate the atrocities committed and the resilience of some of those living in the tumultuous period of the war. The four cities featured are Paris, Berlin, London and Leningrad and each has a unique story to tell.
